They are amazing! I was driving through the area the other day and suddenly my car was giving my issues. I pulled over and showed up within 30 minutes of closing. I couldn't say enough nice things about this place. They were incredibly nice, took their time to still check my car, and give me their recommendations. I am so very thankful that I stopped here and if I was staying in town I would have used them for repairs. If the team sees this, I did make it home alright, my dog was thankful for the water refill, and I am getting things sorted per recommendations! Thank you so much! -Bethany :)

Took my 2016 Audi A6 to Clarks Auto Repair to have them troubleshoot a blind spot detector issue. I dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Ethan found the problem quickly and resolved the issue! The receptionist was efficient and very responsive. Thank you Ethan for the great service! I will definitely come back next time I have any problems with either of my vehicles. Paul

We are new to Kentucky and multiple people recommended this shop to us. We previously had been using a dealership here, but after three bad experiences, we went to Clarks. Incredibly honest and straightforward. They were able to get our car in fast, diagnose the issue, and were able to get parts same day and fix it. Prices were reasonable and we will be back for future service and repair.

Took my work truck to Clark’s for a headgasket leak, ended up not going through with the work because it was a little more than the vehicle was worth (really old truck). More importantly, I was so impressed with how the Clark’s team was so polite and accommodating to my needs and was even willing to let the truck stay on there lot until I could get someone to pick it up on the weekend. Great people doing great mechanic work. I think I’ve found my new local shop I’ll take all my cars to for maintenance!

Clarks assisted us on July 11 while traveling in the area. They helped diagnose an issue and ease our concerns about what was going on with the car. We are grateful for their help and their professionalism and kindness.

I Took My 1984 Cadillac Eldorado To These Guys And They Broke My Engine Down And Video Recorded The Problem With One Of My Heads. A Several Months Later I Found A Great Low Mile Engine And Then I Called These Guys Back Up Letting Them Know I Was Ready For The Swop Out, I Was Told Drop My Car Off That Following Monday. I Dropped My Car Off Late In The Evening That Monday And By Friday Morning My Car Was Ready With Very Cold A/C. I Will Be Taking My Car Back Soon For Front Steering Work Next. Very Nice Folks There At This Business. Also Jasper Certified.

We got a used Chevy Diesel truck and it had some previous issues. My husband took it to Clark’s because he used to send fleet vehicles there many years ago for a company he managed. They still had his name in their system and treated him like an old friend. They got the oil changed and work done earlier than expected and the bill was reasonable. In an age when it’s hard to get decent customer service, Clark’s went above and beyond to communicate with him and keep him informed on their work. After headaches with dealership shops, Clark’s is a throwback to the good old days when the customer comes first.

Ethan, Kelly and crew have earned my trust over the years, as did the previous owners. Always aim to please, very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. I've recommended Clark's to friends and family, and will continue. Two thumbs up!!
